#3 I’m essentially out-gaming the system, redirecting that money to me, then taking that money and compounding it even more by investing in real estate, the stock market and/pr private equity deals. When you invest, mentors will often say ‘use other people’s money’ and while this isn’t exactly the case, it does somehow feel that way and is very satisfying. Yes, there is some effort in extracting money from the gaming system to be used for your mission, but the ROE (return-on-effort) is worth it to me.

In summary, it is not your most passive income stream, but it is very easy and I've given you some ideas of how you can use it to serve you, plus if you become an affiliate that is another way to make money with this,and why not?! There are tons of people who prefer to stay home and have a very, very flexible side hustle.
